Licence and trial

The plugin checks your licence with its server when it starts. The answer puts your account in one of four states.

Trial overNothing. The plugin does not start: no HUD, no panels, no preview. The Trial Expired dialog.
BlockedNothing. The plugin does not start. The Access Denied dialog.

Each start also writes one line to the Output window.

When the trial is over, or the account is blocked, a dialog opens in the centre of the screen. The plugin does not start.
